How do I place an order and can I cancel after placing an order?
We ONLY accept orders online through our official email: rosiechamber@yahoo.com.sg.

Orders can be canceled
ONLY before payment is made.



How long do I need to wait to receive my order?
Shipping goods from our overseas suppliers will take about 2 -3 weeks to arrive when we sent out your preorders.
Local delivery will take about 1 - 2 working days. As there may be delay in shipment sometimes, we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Are there additional charges apart from the price stated in the website?
Product price shown in the website is the NETT amount.

  • No additional normal postage fee! (Local Only)

  • No additional handling fee!
However an additional $2.24 is required if buyer wish to opt for registered mail postage.



How do I make payment for my order?
Please refer to our PURCHASING T&C for details.

  • DBS / POSB ATM fund transfer

Do you accept meetups for payment and goods collections?
Yes. Please take initiative to arrange meetings with us. Thank you so much for your co-operation.




What are the modes of orders collection?
  • Meet-ups (Please refer to previous question)

  • Normal mail postage* [Free of charge to Local Addresses Only]

  • Registered mail postage*
    - An additional $2.24 is to be made together with the remaining outstanding of 20%
    purchase price. An article number will also be provided at your convenience for you to check your mail status.
( *NOTE: ROSIE CHAMBER make sure all products are throughly checked for defects before sending out to buyer and will not be responsible for any damages / losses of products during delivery. )



How do I determine if the products fit me? Any sizing chart?
Measurements will be shown together with product photos in our website. A sizing chart is also available HERE.



If the goods doesn't fit me, can I request for a refund or exchange?
Goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
ROSIE CHAMBER promised to deliver products in their best condition, so do rest assure of the quality standard.



Will I be entitled to any discounts if I purchase more?
ONLY ROSIE VIP e-Card members are entitled to our privileged discounts.

How often do ROSIE CHAMBER update the products?
New designs will be published every 2-3 weeks. You can subscribe to our mailing list to be updated of our new products list.



How do I redeem e-coupon with my Rosie e-Card member points?
We will send updated points to all our members on a monthly basis. Rosie e-Card members can go to "Redemption" section, fill out a redemption form and we will process your request as soon as possible.
